Ilona is a highly experienced Tai Chi Qigong teacher who has taught this ancient art in many different settings. Ilona teaches a weekly in-person classes in Newcastle as well as weekly online Zoom sessions. Ilona has experience of teaching in workplace settings, primary and secondary schools, universities, private care homes, TV and media situations. She is adaptable and versatile and can offer tailor-made individual sessions or longer courses.
