Wu Wei Health Tai Chi classes consist of initial stretch and warm up sequences followed by correct posture and breathing fundamentals.  You will then start learning some basic Qi Gong exercises to build your Qi, and gradually progress from the basic to more advanced Tai Chi forms to promote improved balance, flexibility and strength as an investment in your general health and wellbeing:

  • Wudang Tai Chi 18 Form

  • Wudang Tai Chi 18 Sword Form

  • Wudang Tai Chi 78 Sword Form
