Many people report feeling much lighter and more at ease after exercising in this way.
Andrew has been training in Tai Chi and Qigong for twenty-five years. He initially studied Yang style Tai Chi in the lineage of Dr Chi Chiang-Tao (Qi Jiangtao), and then went on to study Taiji 37 in the lineage of Dr Shen Hongxun. Taiji 37 and its associated Qigong exercises present a very complete picture of traditional Chinese internal cultivation and meditation practice. Andrew enjoys guiding students on the journey of physical, emotional and energetic transformation that these arts offer. He also draws on his understanding of these practices in order to advise and treat his acupuncture clients.
Alongside our in studio and online classes we are now offering online one to one tuition in Tai Chi & Chi Kung, please get in touch for details or to discuss this further we’ll be happy to help!
