In 1956, the Chinese Sports Committee asked four experienced tai chi teachers to develop a standardised set of 24 forms based on the Yang style of tai chi. It is now the world’s most popular tai chi set. This set contains the essential features of Yang-style tai chi chuan.
Learning it can provide a lifetime of enjoyment. It contains the essence of traditional tai chi in a short sequence of flowing movements that are easy to learn. Participants will review the foundational movements and tai chi principles while learning new forms.
