We are a small, family run academy, preferring to maintain a personal connection to everyone who attends our classes, clinic and courses. We both specialise in Qigong sessions for those may need to sit for some or all of the time. Debbie is a Posture & Body Alignment specialist helping people with joint & spine issues. Mark specialises in Tai Chi Qigong sessions for those who are in the older population. Helping people who may be exhausted from illness or the stresses of life. Helping older people improve balance & boost their confidence. Helping everyone else to stay well and vibrant. Tai Chi Qigong is a way of life!
