Tap Dance Lessons are offered by Red Robynne Studios for all ages and abilities. We welcome anyone who wants to have fun with dance, from beginners to advanced dancers.

Our passionate teachers create the space for every dancer to grow in their own way, with life skills that carry them beyond the studio and into every day life.

Everything we do is centered around providing our dancers with a deep knowledge and appreciation for the art of dance, as well as leaving them with a set of skills that will be useful in all areas of their life.

Robynne’s passion for dance and seeing others succeed enables every dancer at Red Robynne Studios to be guided and developed into the best performers they can be.

Red Robynne Studios believes that life without dance is really not life at all. Dance creates the opportunity to learn self-expression, hard work, friendship and supporting others. It is a place to be creative, learn about music and rhythm, leadership, team work, self-respect and responsibility.

Dance is a space to learn about feedback and kindness, praise and resilience. Most importantly it is journey that teaches you to love what you do with your whole heart and discover who you really are.

Teacher's Experience
Taylor-Lee started Tap dancing at the age of 4 years and has not stopped! He has been part of the South African Tap Dance Team since 2006 and has travelled to Riesa, Germany every year to compete in IDO Tap Dance World Championships, first in the Children, then Junior and finally the Adult sections. He received his Senior Protea colours for the first time in 2018 and again 2019 for Tap Dance. In 2015 Taylor-Lee competed in the Dance World Cup in Romania and won the Adult Tap Solo section. Taylor-Lee has been teaching Tap dancing full time at Red Robynne Studios since 2017 and also teaches at various other studios. He is currently busy with his Tap Teachers qualification and still takes part in competitive dancing.
