Tap dance teaches students how to find rhythm, syncopation and beats in music, while learning how to isolate their body and move their legs and feet fast and intricately. Tap is focused on making rhythmic, audible sounds from striking the ground that complements a piece of music and movement of the upper body.
Having knowledge in tap dance is very desired in musical theatre, and sets students up to be employable in their future endeavours in the performing arts.

Bluerhythmix offers Jazz classes following the Southern Federation of Dance syllabus from the age of 7 and above. Students learn technique of these upbeat and exciting dance styles.
Our students work towards exams annually as well as modern and fun style choreography.
Tap steps are taught from a basic level. Concentrating on Co-ordination and rhythm through music and fun.
Students will learn from the PDA Unique Technique Syllabus. It is great for all ages and develops strong tap technique with expression, challenging rhythms and sounds.
Tapping their feet along to the beat will get your children's heart pumping and jumping for joy! Our Tap Classes are designed to foster musicality, co-ordination, strength, and technique. Classes available for children and Adults!
