We teach both freestyle tap focusing on timing, light and shade, style and performance and for the technical elements we teach a more traditional style of tap.
Students wear metal plated tap shoes and learn a rhythmical style of dance combining steps to music both old and new. We aim to create various rhythms straight, slow, syncopated and speed.

Now in our 9th year on the Central Coast, our complex comprising of 3 fully equipped studios is a friendly center where children, teenagers, and adults can be educated in their chosen dance styles.
We aim to help all students attain better posture and coordination, better flexibility and musical appreciation, as well as encourage self-discipline and artistic skills in a fun and welcoming environment.

Classes focus on rhythm, timing, percussion and coordination through the Australian Teachers of Dancing (ATOD) syllabus.
We offer the Pullars Dance Academy Tap syllabus and the students are examined yearly at Newcastle Dance Academy.

Our tap classes consist of detailed corner work, technical progressions, partnering/group work, as well as working towards a routine for competition and concert.
