It was a culmination of over 15 years of experience in Accounting and Recruitment Solutions that led to the birth of ITAA in 2016. An understanding of both core domains – Accounting and Recruitment – helped our Founders identify the actual gap that existed between the skills possessed by students turned out by educational institutions and the skills that were demanded by the industry. Addressing this skill-gap and setting-up students for a rewarding career became our single-minded mission.

As our industry-oriented approach caught on quickly the demand for ITAA’s programs began to increase from various quarters. We decided to move on to an on-line mode for conducting our programs to be able to reach and positively impact professionals from across the country. 

We adopted the best in class Learning Management System, curated programs in various reginal languages and expanded our program portfolio to emerge as a leading on-line skilling institute. Over the past few years, we have trained and provided placement solutions to students from all over the country.
