Equip Kids, is a premier organization set up more than a decade ago, to do pioneering research in the field of Emotional Intelligence. We strive to put Emotional Intelligence into action by equipping children, youth and families with the EQ tools for their happiness, success & wellbeing.

Equip Kids has designed scientifically proven and experiential methods for imparting the Emotional Intelligence Skills (EQ Skills) in children, youth & families. At Equip Kids Centre, we provide various programs and tools to foster wellbeing & create balance in people`s lives.

Founder & Managing Director at Equipoise,An ISO 9001-2015 Certified Emotional Intelligence Research & Training Organization. Dr Sandeep Kelkar is a post graduate in the field of Pediatrics,from Seth G.S. Medical college, Mumbai,India. He has been practicing as a Child & Newborn specialist for more than two decades.

Trained in Emotional Intelligence, he has more than two decades long experience in passionately advocating Emotional Intelligence as a consultant,coach and a trainer.He is the founder director of the two enterprises viz Equip kids & Equip Corp, doing pioneering research & training work in the field of Emotional Intelligence, in India.

He is Certified Mindfulness Trainer & Practioner,certified from Massachusetts Medical Center. He is a Certified EQ assessor for SEI testing. He is a member of the Institute of Coaching,Harvard Medical School, Boston,USA.

Sandeep is a prolific writer and an inspiring speaker. He has been invited as a speaker in the past for numerous national & international conferences.He is the author of an award winning Marathi book on Parenting with Emotional Intelligence.

Sandeep is the originator of the novel concept of EQ-The ‘Psychological vaccine children, which he presented at the Harvard University, in an International Conference on Emotions & Emotional Intelligence

He was also been invited as a speaker on the concept of ‘Emotional Intelligence’ at numerous international conferences the likes of ‘Africa Emotional Intelligence Conference’ in 2018 and ‘European Pediatric & Neonatology Congress’, at Rome in Oct 2019
