Training Concepts

• The Experiential Learning methodology maximizes the use of the outdoor environment which enables participants to tackle problems head-on in order to assess themselves in the context of task, process, behaviour and attitude. This training is conducted in a “real world” situation which imposes no artificiality.
• Course participants will find themselves taking part in fast-pace challenging activities which are structured in ordered to assist them to hone their fundamental skills and to address vital organization needs.
• Experiential learning is supplemented by indoor sessions such as video inputs, self and team assessment, action plans and learning logs to review theories and principles. All of the trainings and in depth reviews are designed to link with the experiences in the workplace.
