Team Building

The Venture Outdoor Leadership staff love providing team building programs for UNC Charlotte groups of all types as well as corporate, community, and youth groups.  Each program is catered to your group goals and can range from general team building to addressing specific group issues.  

Venture Outdoor Leadership is happy to announce the return of our in-person mobile, Team Challenge, and High Team Challenge programs! We appreciate your patience as we paused the use of in-person programming throughout the pandemic.

As we transition back to in-person programming, Venture is still abiding by some COVID policies for the safety of our participants and staff. 

Venture will continue to offer virtual team-building programming. Virtual programs are a great option for groups who work remotely or are unable to schedule an in-person program.
