About
Yorkshire Therapy is run by Lauren Seward. Lauren has worked in business, higher education and private practice for over 25 years and has a particular experise in training, supporting and coaching using a range of blended tools and techniques.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and gained a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development (MA) in 2002.
Lauren also completed her qualifications in occupational psychology way back in 1996, and uses a range of personality trait and type profiling throughout her work both with organisations and with individuals.
Lauren launched Yorkshire Therapy in 2011. She is passionate about personal and professional development and energy work, and aims to bring these together with the range of courses and appointments offered at her clinic in Saltaire.
Alongside Yorkshire Therapy, Lauren continues to support small businesses in HR and management training, and has lectured and led modules on the MBA programmes at the University of Bradford Faculty of Management and Law.
This course aims to instruct participants on the key principles of time management and help them recognise personal tendencies and habits that may help or prevent them from applying the theory effectively.

Professional Development Awards (PDAs) in Management are for managers at all levels within an organisation. It gives managers an opportunity to develop their performance in their job to become more effective and to progress their career.
They will then be shown techniques and methods for addressing problem areas, learn how to set priorities and plan their day/workload, use ‘To Do’ lists and be given a better understanding of pressure vs. stress.
