Karishma Chhabria is a Certified Assessment Center Analyst, MBTI & NLP Practitioner She has recently done her Basic Behavioral Lab for Human Processing from ISABS is the core founder of the company with an experience of over 12 years In the Field of Customer Service, Counseling, Training and Organization Development.
Karishma commenced her career as a cabin crew with Jet Airways and quickly went on to run training programs for their air crew and ground staff. She was soon absorbed by “The Frankfinn Institute” where she conducted numerous programs for aspiring air hostesses.
She has also worked with WNS Global Services as a Certified Voice & Accent and Soft Skills trainer, handling esteemed clients such as Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, Scandinavian Airlines, Indymac insurance.She has also been associated with prime international clients such as Capital One, American Express, Chase Collections and Health Care.
Karishma has also judged a number of Talent and Personality Hunt pageants for Universities and Colleges, with her Recurring appearances and experience in Fashion Shows, Television and Media.
Karishma's philosophy is that "Any workshop should constantly influence the behavior of the members in an organization and help them to cope whilst they work and collectively succeed in achieving their objectives "
Suraj Chhabria :
A Yellow Belt Six Sigma certified, is a co- founder of Get Skilled Training Solutions. Suraj brings with him an expertise in Client Servicing and Business Development. A result oriented professional with overall 16 years of experience which includes 12 years in the BPO / KPO sector in the areas of Operations Management, Program Management (Data & business intelligence), Managing P & L responsibility, Process Migration & Management, Quality Assurance, Client Servicing & Account Management.
He is proficient in managing & leading teams for running successful process operations & experience of developing procedures, service standards for business excellence. Skilled in maintaining relations with key clients, resulting in deeper market penetration and leveraging existing verticals.
All through his enriching journey Suraj has managed International clients such as American Express, Capital One for over 6 years. He then moved on to managing Reliance Life Insurance and is now also heading the Reliance Money Syntel KPO division.
Suraj handles senior management workshops on Leadership Effectiveness and Acceleration Programs. He underwent training in LEAP by Dr. Andrew Hoh, Creighton University. Suraj also conducts training programs for HR and Operations professionals in conducting Appraisals and SWOT analysis for their teams
Suraj helps strategize training plans for the clients, so as to reduce cost and increase training effectiveness to meet and exceed client objectives. Suraj believes “An Organizations business success is an outcome of where it wants to reach vis-à-vis its environment & its desired state.”
