The Care Certificate gives everyone the confidence that these workers have the same introductory skills, knowledge and behaviours to provide empathy, compassionate and safe quality of care and support.
The following modules are aligned in the UK Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF), Health and Safety Executive (HSE), Skills for Care’s Care Certificate, and Care Quality Commission (CQC) recommendations for health and social care providers.

The course consists of mandatory units and a selection of optional units that will be matched to your job role. Topics include: Communication, Health and Safety, Laws and legislation, Responsibilities, Policies and Procedures for the Sector, Role of a Care Worker, Equality & Diversity.
This course is for all health care professionals who work in NHS and Health and Social Care settings to include Private Nursing and Residential homes supporting patients who are deteriorating to the dying stage.
This course explains legal requirements , policy guidance and explores the emotional and psychological processes people experience regarding end of life care.
Care Plan training is offered by Care Trainings. We provide the most cost-effective, Interacting and Engaging training sessions combining different ways of including discussion, group work, film clips, demonstration.
