To complement with the rising need, this programme aimed to deliver prized standards and skills at any hospitality establishments. Trainees will learn about hygiene practices, work safety, preparation operation, handling guest order and serving.
In addition, trainees will acquire character building traits such as improved communication skill, attentive, teamwork and leadership.
The structure and coursework are based on the National Occupational Skill Standards (NOSS) developed by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) under the Ministry of Human Resources. The Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) that you will obtain is recognized by the Malaysian Government.
