This course has been designed to provide participants with essential Management skills and a strong understanding of Emotional Intelligence.

Successful interpersonal skills are vital if Organizations are to perform at their best. For Emotional Intelligence to be effective, we all need to understand how we operate on an emotional level because, what distinguishes Leaders is usually their level of Emotional Intelligence and it is those skills which help to develop a more effective Workplace.
