Between scheduled coaching sessions, you may be asked to complete specific actions that support the achievement of your personally prioritized goals.
We are a community based career, academic and transitional coaching organization that supports our minority, Veteran and LGBTQ communities. Our main mission is to open the door to those clients that needed us the most.
We can be the guide that can help the underserved to the next level of their career, academic and life goals by helping to guide passions, values, strengths, and core beliefs.
We are a dedicated group of ICF accredited coaches. Our services, including our 1:1 career, academic and transitional coaching, workshops throughout Oregon and Washington State are at no-cost to all of our participants.
