Many supervisors are unsure of their roles and responsibilities. They had little preparation to help them deal with the challenges of managing work through others.

They haven’t had the opportunity to develop critical skills such as planning, leading their group, and communicating with their their colleagues.

This workshop is designed to help you overcome many of the supervisory problems you will encounter, whether you are a team leader, a project manager, or a unit coordinator. Dealing with the many problems a supervisor encounters isn’t easy, but it doesn’t have to lead to discouragement.
