The program consists of eight 2-hour sessions, which include breakout exercises for small groups.

This course is intended for professionals who want to implement Scrum in their workplace. Individuals who have already begun Scrum implementation in their organization and who want to verify their knowledge would also benefit from this course. Scrum applies to any size and type of organization.

The Scrum Framework
We look at the Scrum Roles, Events and Artifacts, which are the basis of Scrum.
Planning the Product
We look at Agile ways to create a Product Vision, and how planning is done in a Scrum project.
User Stories and Estimating
We discuss how to write a good user story and how to create an estimate for one.
The Scrum Master and Developers
We look at the roles of these Scrum team members, and how they work together to evolve the product.
Working as a Team
We go into further detail on how the team can work well together to achieve its goals.
How Are We Doing?
We investigate methods to determine if we’re on track with product delivery, and to correct any issues.
Larger Scale Scrum Implementation and Course wrap-up
We review the process of the course and discuss ways larger organizations can implement Scrum.
