Provide participants with: an understanding of stress; its physiological and psychological aspects; ways to identify the sources of stress; basis for better managing stress and fundamentals of priority setting and workload planning and use of various techniques.
This workshop teaches you how to leverage your 4 sources of energy (physical, emotional, spiritual & mental) and how to manage your time more efficiently by organizing, prioritizing, planning and executing your activities, even when time is tight and pressures are high.
Managing time is a myth. We need to manage ourselves in the fixed amount of time we are given. This workshop will help participants zero in on the areas that will provide them with the greatest return.
