In 2020, we embraced the new world of work by offering our training as live, online experiences delivered through Zoom or other virtual collaboration platforms.
We now deliver roughly one-third of our training in person, while the rest remains virtual, and we’re pleased to note that participants attending our training online review their experience just as warmly.
