Audit services

Our audit services cover health and safety policies, absence management policies and procedures, drug and alcohol/substance misuse policies, new and expectant mothers at work policies, policies on fitness to attend hearings and disciplinary proceedings, and arranging Audit and Peer Review Group (APRG) meetings.

Case management services

Our case management services include assistance with referrals to specialists, assistance with interpreting outsourced OH reports, facilitating case conferences for complex cases to achieve positive outcomes for employer and employee, second opinions and referrals for specialist medical reports, pre-placement work assessments, assessment of eligibility for occupational pension schemes and injury benefits, counselling and mediation, liaison with employee assistance programmes, return-to-work medical assessments, and injury and illness case management

Employee on-boarding services

Our employee on-boarding services include pre-placement medical assessments (virtual and face-to-face), baseline health assessment (for health surveillance), pre-deployment health assessments, bespoke overseas health assessments (e.g. Sakhalin, Saudi, Brazilian medicals, etc.), visa-oriented health assessments, and medical aspects of fitness to drive.

Employee vocational assessment services

Our employee vocational assessment services include meMdical aspects of fitness for work offshore (the UK, Norwegian and Dutch sectors), medical aspects of fitness to drive (HGV, LGV, PCV, FLTs, Cranes, etc.), health surveillance (skin, respiratory, HAVS, hearing conservation and audiometry), biological monitoring and biological effect monitoring, immunisations and travel health advisory, statutory (HSE) medicals for ionising radiation, asbestos and lead regulations, flag state marine/seafaring medical assessments, and fitness for work assessments.

Employee rehabilitation services

Our employee rehabilitation services include Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE), assessing disability and learning difficulties such as dyslexia, etc., coordinating multidisciplinary rehabilitation and condition management programmes, liaising with the Disability Employment Advisers (DEAs) attached to local job centre plus offices with regards to the Access to Work scheme, alcohol and substance misuse rehabilitation, and lifestyle coaching and mentoring
