We are a team of professional & certified trainers having cumulative experience for more than 6 decades in  Soft Skills and Behavioral training domain at National and International level. Since 2009, we have been sharing our experience of training while having a client base of 132 companies in 19 different sectors in India and 4 companies abroad.

In an ever changing business environment it is important that managers are geared to handle the nuances through effective professional management.

People in organizations typically spend over 75% of their time in an interpersonal situation thus it is no surprise to find that at the root of a large number of organizational problems is poor work execution at different levels. Effective & Professional work mechanism and strong people management skills are the essential components of organizational success whether it is at the interpersonal, intergroup, intra group, organizational, or external levels.

In our Training programs we use presentation, videos, workbooks, case studies, group games, role plays, in-basket exercises and other work related activities. Presentation includes templates and tools to practice and implement creativity within an organization.

All our training sessions are religiously followed by “Action Plans” at the end of the workshop. Same is being shared by the internal stakeholders of the respective organizations.
