This course will equip you with the skills required to work in a tourism information office. You will develop your interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, as well as increase your geographical knowledge of places of interest in South Africa and elsewhere.

At the end of the training, you will be able to answer inquiries from tourists and offer suggestions about tours, travel routes, accommodation and local customs.
