This course has been designed to provide all training required to work as a traffic controller in Western Australia. As well as training, we have also thrown in an employment pack.
This employment pack is helping to speed up your employment process and increase employment opportunities, outcomes and longevity of employment.
This pack includes 3 parts.
Part 1: Basic Worksite Traffic Management and Traffic Control
This part of the job ready pack is where you will learn all about traffic management. We will take you through how to setup, maintain and pack up a traffic managed work site as well as how to control traffic with a stop/slow bat.
Upon successful completion, students will be issued with a Main Roads Western Australia Accreditation card and certificate for Basic Worksite Traffic Management and Traffic Control, along with a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment in the following units:
Part 2: White Card
If you don’t have one already, you are going to need a White Card before you enter any construction site in WA (this includes traffic management).
The white card is a general safety course which you will need before being issued with an MRWA Accreditation. While you can sit this course online, sitting a face to face course will give you the opportunity to ask questions from a fully qualified trainer and walk away from the course with your white card in hand.
Upon successful completion, students will be issued with a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for the following unit:
Part 3: Information around Jobs and how to make a career from Traffic Management
