TRAFFIC CONTROL PERSON TRAININGThe Traffic Control Person Training course from Safety First Training is an OHSA based program and is compliant with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation Book 7 Temporary Conditions: Ontario Traffic Manual 2022 edition TCP requirement.
This training program has been designed to provide employees with knowledge and practice in traffic control on a worksite. Effective traffic control is critical for the safety of all persons entering your work zone.
This training program teaches participants how to develop an effective traffic control plan. Participants learn how to identify and control hazards related to road construction.
Our goal for this course is to have construction workers aware of workplace hazards as they pertain to traffic. Workers must be able to demonstrate their skills on the equipment they will be using and in the environment they will be working in.
Safety Training Ottawa will provide training to employees, volunteers and others who deal with the public or other third parties on their behalf.
