This course aim is to teach your delegates the fundamentals of running a successful training course. The Train the Trainer course will enable delegates to design, train, evaluate and follow-up effective training programmes.
Exploring and adopting an experiential approach to learning in groups, you will discover how to put learning theories into practice. Use tools for training design, get new ideas for delivery, identify responses to difficulties in groups and find ways to manage nerves.
Our train the trainer courses start with an initial 5 day programme, with the opportunity to add an additional 2 days for Instructor Plus and then a further 2 days to achieve Advanced status.
