This involves careful planning, understanding the needs of your learner and providing immediate feedback to improve performance and recognise tasks well done.
We will teach you techniques to use in your own training sessions that you can apply immediately to connect with your audience.
You will attend the first two days where you’ll learn delivery and presentation techniques and have the opportunity to practice them. On Day 3, you will have the opportunity to deliver your final presentation.
On successful completion, you’ll receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment in the unit: TAEDEL311 Provide work skill instruction. This can be used towards gaining the full TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification if you wish.
