At Bath & North East Somerset Council we value our customers and their feedback. This corporate Customer Feedback Policy describes how the council expects to manage and respond to suggestions, compliments, and complaints. It is designed to reflect best practice both for the customer, and the council.
Bath & North East Somerset Council is preparing plans for a new recycling centre for residents in the city. This will replace the existing city recycling centre at Midland Road and will complement the recently delivered Keynsham Recycling Hub. The new facility will ensure that residents in the city continue to have easy access to household recycling services.
The new recycling centre will be located at an existing council depot at Locksbrook Road to the west of the city centre.
A planning application for the new recycling centre is being prepared. Prior to submitting the planning application, the council is running a programme of public engagement and has established this dedicated website to provide an overview of the emerging proposals and an opportunity for members of the community to provide comments.
