Participants will discuss the basic requirements of lesson preparation, prepare a formal lesson plan, conduct a training session, participate in peer evaluation, and receive feedback from their instructor(s).

The Objective of this workshop is to develop skills in designing and delivering training including: - developing self confidence - developing presentation skills - lesson planning - training methods.
This individual training day takes place on Day 7 and is not mandatory for Campus Trainers but is highly recommended.
During this time, trainees will be expected to achieve competency in delivering all aspects of the course to the point where they can be formally assessed in the last week of the course.
