Jim has been training at all levels to the corporate, government and small business sectors for the past 12 years. He specialises in the Microsoft office suite. Jim’s enthusiasm for creating effective learning outcomes is coupled with utilising practical applications for the workplace.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Degree, certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training and is a Microsoft Certified Trainer.

Iain has been Training since 1997 and is an Apple Certified trainer. He has taught and created original training materials for Adobe products like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Flash, as well as Apple products, Final Cut Pro, and iPad. Iain holds a Bachelor of Information Technology with first class Honours.

Steven is a provider of training, consulting and internet development services in Brisbane and across Australia. He has completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Technology, is an Adobe Certified Expert in Acrobat Professional & Captivate . Steven is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer.

Lyn is an experienced, reliable, professional Information Technology Trainer with thirty years’ experience. She is a Microsoft certified trainer who holds a Certificate IV in training. Lyn has been contracted to assist with the key software roll-outs for numerous Queensland Government Departments and private Corporations.
