This 2-day Train the Trainer course is suitable if you have to deliver training on a one-to-one or group basis.  It aims to equip you with the skills to design and deliver successful and enjoyable training sessions. 

It offers an opportunity to gain a good understanding of how people learn, and how you can gain confidence to become an effective communicator. The course also includes important elements of training design, assessment and evaluation. 

These invaluable elements will provide a framework for the trainer and organisation alike. A trainer can from time to time be faced with difficult attendees and situations. 

This course will provide techniques for you to overcome these challenges. You will be encouraged to contribute to discussions and practical activities, and will have the opportunity to practice your delivery and receive feedback.
