Train The Trainer

Our train-the-trainer course is a professional development program that aims to equip delegates with the skills and knowledge to design and deliver effective training sessions for their own teams or organizations.

Delegates will benefit from learning the best practices and principles of adult learning, how to assess the training needs and preferences of their audience, how to create engaging and interactive learning materials and activities, how to facilitate and manage group dynamics, how to evaluate the impact and outcomes of their training, and how to provide constructive feedback and support for their learners.
