On completion of the training your staff will be able to carry out the 1 day-accredited in house training programme. This can include unlimited sessions inside your school and they are also free to offer the services to other schools in your locality.
The cost to keep all of your staff staff members accredited is £1200 per year.
This includes a 1 day onsite refresher each year.
Any school that has on-site trainers gain automatic access to our members area. The content of the members area can be used for your entire school staff team.
P&I Training was created in 2016 by owner and director, Alan Robson. The aim was to deliver quality, practical staff training at a cost that allows it to be accessible to schools and organisations that may have previously struggled to afford the type of specialist training that we offer.
Our training is aimed directly at staff who work with children and young people who may sometimes present as being aggressive, difficult and challenging.
P&I trainers have extensive knowledge of working in schools, youth and community settings as well as children's social care.
We have a number of standard sessions that are available for immediate purchase and we also create bespoke sessions for schools that have varying needs.
All requests will be considered and no request is too small for us.
