Train The Trainer

Our ‘Train the Trainer’ course is designed to help talented and enthusiastic members of your team to become trainers and instructors to your wider workforce.

Once trained, these individuals can play an important role in your organisation’s growth and development; improving employee performance and helping to bring about changes in behaviour and culture.

Learners will gain the knowledge and skills to facilitate one-to-one and group training with confidence. We will teach course members to speak with power, presence and purpose, and equip them with techniques to connect with and inspire their audience.
