Our sector of focus being health & social care, children and young people’s workforce, residential childcare, and management. It also provides employability provision for unemployed young people and adults seeking work in health & social care, childcare, retail, and warehousing/logistics sectors.

The accredited training delivered by Plato is supported by various organisations including Pearson, City & Guilds and NCFE and is a member of the Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP).

We also hold Quality standards such as Investors in People (IIP), Matrix, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials PLUS. Our trainers are professional, occupationally competent, and highly self-motivated.
