Train the Trainer (L & D)

The 4 days' workshop by Asian College Of Teachers is a hands-on training program that focuses on educating the trainees with the right methods to conduct training sessions properly. The main focus of the workshop is to encourage self-evaluation to boost the required skills of the trainers.

The aim of the workshop is also to habituate the trainees with the most important part - planning which every professional must know before moving ahead with any task. It also boosts the confidence of the trainees and makes them ready to conduct themselves well before, during, and after the training process.
