Course Details

The Basics FST 4th Edition (Food Safety Training) is an Employee Level Safety Certification Course (based on the Canadian Food Retail and Food Services Regulations & Code, Health Canada and CFIA) that is not only recognized but required by most health regions throughout Canada.

In this 6 hour entry level course, students write an exam with the pass mark being 74%.  Upon successful completion students will receive a certificate & wallet card with a 5-year expiry date.
