Overview

Transform your Hospitality and Tourism business with this hands-on course designed to enhance practical skills in modern technology whilst delivering a high-quality customer service.

As part of this course learners will undertake an accredited Level 2 Customer Service qualification which provides the knowledge and skills required to work in a range of different environments in a customer service role.

Develop the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high quality products and services to your customers, topics will include understanding the customer service environment, principles of business, dealing with customer complaints and managing personal performance and development!

Entry Requirements

This course is funded through the SkillUP Flexible Skills Fund. All applicants must meet the following entry requirements:

  • Applicants must be 18 years of age on or before the course start date
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in Northern Ireland
  • Applicants must be ‘settled’ in Northern Ireland, and have been ordinarily resident in the UK for at least three years; or are a person who has indefinite leave to enter or remain in the UK
  • Candidates are only permitted to complete a maximum of two free courses at a tim
