This is critical health and safety training for anyone who may handle or transport dangerous goods according to the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act.
Canada's rules for transporting dangerous goods are called the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations (i.e. TDG Regulations). Canada's TDG Regulations apply to everyone - even for goods such as gasoline, oxygen, and propane for personal use.

Tuition costs may vary among campuses. With few exceptions, all courses include HST. There may be additional charges for textbooks, course materials and other supplies. Courses will commence pending sufficient enrollment. Dates/times are subject to change.

What We Offer
CIFFA offers initial training for those who have never shipped dangerous goods by air, as well as recurrent training for those who require recertification every 24 months.
This TDG or Transportation of Dangerous Goods Train the Trainer, or TDG Instructor course is designed to facilitate in house TDG training courses. A company safety representative can take our instructor training program, and are then prepared to provide TDG training to company employees.
Some occupations in Canada are very risk, specifically those that handle dangerous goods. Dangerous goods fall under the government’s controlled substances, meaning they have to be classified and handling them is strictly regulated.
This course covers all aspects of the TDG system, aimed primarily at ensuring students will have a clear understanding of the requirements
Our TDG training program will provide course participants with an understanding of the regulatory requirements associated when shipping or offering for transport dangerous goods.
