What Does This Course Invole

You will explore the dynamic world of travel and tourism on this programme, which includes a range of units that will prepare you for careers within the industry.

These include the UK travel and tourism sector, UK travel destinations, customer service, international destinations, business and marketing of travel and tourism.

As part of this study programme, you will develop your maths and English skills, and attend tutorials and Individual Development (ID). You will also complete a work placement or extended industry placement. All aspects of your study programme will be discussed at your interview.

Assessment Method

We’ll assess your practical activities, group work, presentations, coursework, online assessments, and examinations.

Future Opportunties

You could enter into a variety of roles in the travel and tourism industry or increase your skills by progressing to a Level 3 programme at Weston College.

Entry Requirements

• Five GCSEs at grade 9-2, with at least two at grade 4, or a Level 1 qualification.
