Truck mounted aerial lifts are a constant in any mobile workforce.
Truck mounted aerial lifts are a constant in any mobile workforce. The ability to transport workers along municipal and provincial roadways to any worksite and then repair and maintain equipment at heights can make the job safe and efficient.
CAN Safety Training and Consulting recognizes this need and provides operators with a solid understanding of Center of Gravity, Leverage and Stability. These fundamentals create the base for aerial training.
In this one day course we will discuss the differences between the over center and the telescopic aerial lift, ensuring that each person understands the controls, set up and maintenance of their specific equipment. Employees should have Fall Protection training.
CAN Safety Training and Consulting
began in 2013 by Chris Nisbett. Chris started his career in 1998, operating and repairing highway transport equipment. Always having a passion for repair, he worked towards his journeyperson in automotive repair alongside his journeyperson in Truck and Transport.
A skilled tradesperson, there is not a tool or piece of equipment Chris would not use. It was in both of these repair industries that he began teaching people how to operate equipment. The fit was natural, having the ability to repair, maintain and operate most pieces of powered mobile equipment.
