Light Commercial Truck Drivers Licence
Class 2 Truck Driver Training
This licence allows you to drive a single vehicle over 4,500 kg up to a maximum of 18,000 kg or a combination vehicle over 4,500 kg, but less than 12,000 kg.
Class 3 Truck Driver Training
This licence allows you to drive a combination vehicle of more than 12,000 kg but less than 25,001 kg. This licence can be skipped and you can move straight from class 2 to class 4. Not many vehicles categorize under this class.

EWPs from Scissor lifts, Truck or Trailer Mounted, Boom lift or Vertical Lifts we do them all. The course is designed to give trainees a sound understanding of the safe operating principles of EWPs.
This course will also enable you to perform pre-operational inspections, action start-up procedures for a forklift; and gain competence in using forklift skills to maneuverer loads, drive safely in multiple environments, and park and shut down the forklift.
For anyone who hasn’t completed any confined space training we recommend this course to form a good foundation of knowledge. Please note that this is not an NZQA course – it’s better.
Our  confined spaces courses cover NZQA unit standards 18426 Hazards of a confined space and 17599 Plan a confined space entry. We can deliver this training either at our purpose built training sites at Timaru or Napier, or we’ll come to your site and work within your confined spaces.
