We offer a wide range of classes including: Beginner and mixed ability pole, spin pole, heels pole dancing, twerkout and aerial hoop. We are one of Nottingham's biggest pole studios. Our newly decorated studio features 6 widely spaced out 4m high poles and 2 aerial hoops.

Twerk Dance course is offered by London Dance Academy. Our studio classes offer a rich way of learning, where you can learn skills from our world-class teachers face-to-face. We offer classes for all skill levels from complete beginners to professional artists.
Twerking is a type of dance that came out of the bounce music scene of New Orleans in the late 1980s. Individually-performed, chiefly but not exclusively by women, dancers move by throwing or thrusting their hips back or shaking their buttocks, often in a low squatting stance.
