Some students feel like it’s a beginner instrument and you may choose to move on to the guitar, but we also have a number of students who continue with the ukulele, learning to play like Israel Kamakawiwo?ole and continue to progress to very advanced levels learning many styles.

Established in 2005, Harmony Music School has worked hard to become Sheffield’s most recommended, independent music school. In the last 15 years we have taught over 5000 students in our studios, online and in schools and classrooms with two branches in Sheffield at Ecclesfield and Broomhill.

Learning the Ukulele is one of the most approachable and fun instruments. It’s very cheap to buy and easy to get started with.
Ukulele classes are offered by Bishopbriggs School of Music. All our tutors are highly experienced, full-time musicians and all have full PVG disclosure.
Our ukulele lessons help our beginner students develop a basic understanding of chords, rhythms and finger-picking styles. More advanced players are able to explore advanced chord shapes, inversions and extensions, legato techniques and improvisation.
