Understanding Equities

This introductory course enables delegates with little or no prior knowledge of equity instruments to gain a good understanding of the various types of equity and equities markets and why and how they are issued by companies. You will learn the difference between primary and secondary markets, how shares are traded as well as market indices and IPOs.

Finally, you will have a chance to learn about different evaluation models and techniques including relative and dividend valuations and discounted cash flow modelling.
