Jennifer Davies has been turning old metal knitting needles and crochet hooks into whimsical jewelry and accessories since 2009 under the name of Bur Oak Studio.
She was inspired by the knitters in her family, including her Mom, Step-mom and a 300 year old bur oak tree!
All materials and tools are provided for this easy, creative class. Suggested for ages 10 and up, no prior jewelry making experience needed! Ability to use bent nose pliers is helpful, but we can help!
The Gallery on the Square is a retail art gallery In Danville, IN that promotes local artists of all mediums. We are a co-op gallery, so all of our artists help run the gallery. At any given time, 18-24 different artists are selling in the Gallery.
GOTS is unique compared to other galleries because in addition to fine arts, we are an artisan gallery. We have fine art, home decor, assorted cards and unique gifts made by local artists.
