Video Production provides a flexible framework for self-directed and innovative learning, using a variety of materials and tools. Students will develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address a range of challenges that may arise from the design stage through to the construction stage.
Whilst in Stage 1, students consider many types of film-making, in Stage 2 they focus and build skills in primarily one film type, such as live action, animation or stop motion.
Course Content:
Students develop skills across a broad area of video production. They investigate and build skills in camera handling, composition, light, audio capture, teamwork and editing.
