  • Learn on the features available on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube to maximize business opportunities

  • Find out popular third-party productivity tools that can help you manage multiple social media platforms better

  • Learn how to use free software on smartphone to create content suitable for usage on social media platforms

  • Learn how to build an active community on social media by developing community engagement activities such as lucky draws and contests
